What is H10304 (37-Bit with Facility Code)?

H10304 is a 37-bit Wiegand format that adds a facility code to the data structure (unlike H10302). It’s widely deployed on 125 kHz proximity systems and is supported by many brands beyond HID, including Identiv and Schlage/Allegion.

Key data fields (typical):

• Facility Code: 16 bits (0–65,535)
• Card Number: 19 bits (0–524,287)
• Parity: 2 bits
